About Gabe
Gabe moved to Columbia, Missouri from Southern California to pursue his bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Mizzou, graduating Cum Laude with an emphasis in Health & Wellness Services. He has been practicing massage and bodywork for over 20 years, with more than 2,000 hours of massage therapy education and top certifications in both the bodywork and fitness industries. This allows him to help clients with a wide range of health challenges and goals.
His career spans luxury resort spas in Southern California — including Pelican Hill Resort, Aarna Spa at Paséa Hotel & Spa, and Four Seasons Aviara — as well as Equinox Fitness, where he worked as a massage therapist, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer simultaneously. He incorporates complementary modalities including Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and his Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Sessions are diverse and targeted, with options to relax, relieve pain, restore functional range of motion, and support fitness goals through personal-training-informed approaches.
Gabe is also an avid practitioner of Karate and surfs whenever he’s near the coast.
